These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the wedding speech composition service ("Service") provided by RETRI STUDIO ("we", "us", "our", trading as "Eloquent"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Eloquent composes personalized wedding speeches based on information you provide. Speeches are generated with the assistance of artificial intelligence. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis and we make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

2. Your account & accuracy

You must be of legal age to enter into a binding contract. You agree to provide accurate information about yourself and the couple, and to keep that information current. You are responsible for the content of your inputs and for any speech you choose to deliver.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service:

• For any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;
• To send spam or violate the rights of any person;
• To infringe intellectual property or privacy rights;
• To probe, scan, or attempt to interfere with the security of the Service;
• To scrape, reverse-engineer, or build a competing product from outputs.

4. AI-generated content

Outputs are generated using machine learning models and may contain inaccuracies, awkward phrasing, or details that do not reflect reality. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying every speech before delivery. The Service is not a substitute for professional advice. You may not use the Service to generate unlawful content, deepfakes, hate speech, harassment, or content that infringes the rights of others. We may remove content, restrict outputs, or suspend accounts that violate these Terms, and we may decline to generate certain content at our discretion.

5. Intellectual property

We retain all right, title, and interest in the Service, including its software, design, branding, and documentation. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service and to use the speech output for your personal, non-commercial purposes (including delivering it at the relevant wedding). The information you provide ("Inputs") remains yours; you grant us a limited licence to host and process your Inputs solely to provide the Service. If you believe content infringes your rights, please contact us at the address below and we will respond promptly.

6. Payment, refunds & merchant of record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. See our Refund Policy for our refund window and how to request a refund.

7. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; provisions which by their nature should survive (including IP, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will survive.

8. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the fees you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We will not be liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against any claim arising from your Inputs, your use of any speech, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
