Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If your speech does not move you, we will refund your purchase in full.

1. The 30-day window

You may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, for any reason. No questions asked. This applies to every product we sell, including the $24 Wedding Speech and the $9 Dinner Toast.

2. How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, you have two options:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout.
• Or write to us at hello@eloquent.example and we will arrange the refund on your behalf.

3. Processing time

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the funds typically appear within 5–10 business days.

4. After 30 days

Refund requests submitted after the 30-day window are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We will always do our best to be fair.
